Empowerment and holistic development for the tribal nations in South America
The Amazon & Lowlands region of South America is inhabited by 400+ tribal indigenous groups and between 207 to 250 tribal ethnic groups that have been identified as isolated from a clear message of the gospel in their language. This area covers tribal territory within 11 countries. Indigenous leaders have risen up to identify, evaluate, and guide the holistic empowerment endeavors taking place within this region.
Our partnership South America, specifically Colombia, focuses on the empowerment and holistic development of tribal nations of the Amazon basin and lowlands of South America. We assist tribal leaders in forming their own networks and infrastructures, so they can better coordinate their leadership resources and assume greater responsibility and autonomy. Our specific areas of work include education, health, Human Rights, Economic Development, Capacity Building and spiritual guidance.
